Scheduler
Department: Operations
Reports to: Operations Manager
FLSA Class: Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $20-$26/hr
This position is responsible for job duties in the scheduling department for the company. This position is also responsible for representing the company in an honest, professional, and ethical business manner.
DUTIES
1. Responsible for scheduling measures, templates, delivery, installs, and services.
2. Review jobs and coordinate according to time frame, logistics, and available employees for the most efficient methods and resources for the business.
3. Pull all paperwork and maps for measures, templates, delivery, installs, and services.
4. Assist the Operations Manager in development, organization and implementation of scheduling needed for shipment of finished products and/or service for the organization.
5. Contact customers with the install/delivery date after customer approval is received.
6. Review daily install sheets & customer emails; enter into Moraware as needed.
7. Special projects as assigned by supervisor or management.
8. Clean, organize, process improvement done daily.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent required with a minimum of 2 years prior experience in scheduling.
2. Must have excellent oral & written communication skills for a diverse range of individuals.
3. Knowledge of Illinois roadways.
4. Computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs. Moraware experience is a plus.
5. Comfortable working in a complex, competitive, and fast paced work environment.
6. Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment; demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
7. Must be self-motivated, self-starter, personable, professional, and a team player.
SCHEDULING
The normal working hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The schedule is subject to change with production demands. Overtime is required when requested.
