Summary:
The position is responsible for all functions of Information Technology for Mette Cabinets & Countertops on a daily basis. The position also requires representing the company in an honest, professional, and ethical business manner, while supporting the team with reliable technology solutions.
Duties
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Ensure data protection through data backups.
- Provide technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Anticipate, research, and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
- Maintain Malware and Antivirus protection on all devices.
- Manage Network firewall.
- Update Excel pricing programs, and other templates as needed.
- Assist with special projects by management.
- Manage Active Directory environment.
- Manage M365 environment.
- Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for your position.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Information Technology or two years of experience in a related field.
- Computer experience using Microsoft Office, Action Flow, Cabinet Vision, and BusinessWorks.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Knowledge of sensitive information and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Be fast-moving, self-motivated and a team player.
- Possess time management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix network connectivity issues.
Scheduling
The normal working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Schedule is subject to change with workload requirements. Overtime is required when requested. Some Saturdays may be necessary.
Pay Range: $22-$30
A successful candidate’s actual starting pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
